Webly

Terms of Service

Last updated October 16, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Intro Technologies, Inc. (“Webly,” “we,” “us”), the company that operates webly.ai, webly.site, and the Webly API, MCP server, and related tools (the “Service”).

By using Webly, you agree to these terms. If you use Webly for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to agree on its behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. Using Webly

Webly lets you and the AI agents you connect create, publish, and host websites and files.

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. These terms apply whether you use Webly with or without an account, directly or through an agent or integration.

Anonymous sites stay publicly available for 24 hours after publication unless claimed or removed earlier. You can claim a site into an account within seven days after publication. The claim window does not extend its initial public availability. Once claimed, your account’s plan and limits apply.

After seven days, we delete unclaimed sites from active systems. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or as required by law.

2. Accounts, workspaces, and agents

You are responsible for your account, workspaces, and the people, agents, API keys, and integrations you authorize to use them.

Protect your credentials and API keys. Tell us promptly at contact@webly.ai if you believe your account or a key has been compromised.

When you connect an agent or integration, you authorize it to act within the permissions you grant. It may publish, change, or delete content without asking you to approve each action. You are responsible for reviewing its activity and removing access when no longer needed.

Workspace roles and key scopes determine what authorized users and agents can do. Permission to manage content does not, by itself, transfer legal ownership of that content.

Independent agents, development tools, APIs, and other third-party services may have their own terms, fees, and privacy policies. You decide which services to connect and what information to share. We do not control those services or guarantee their availability, security, accuracy, or compatibility.

This does not limit our responsibility for our own obligations or for providers acting on our behalf where applicable law makes us responsible.

3. Content and intellectual property

You retain any rights you have in the websites, files, code, and other material you or your agents submit to Webly (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of it.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, display, and process Your Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and carry out your instructions. We may use service providers acting on our behalf for these purposes.

This license ends when you delete Your Content, except for limited copies retained temporarily in backups or as needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. It does not permit us to sell Your Content or use it in advertising.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish Your Content. Third-party material remains subject to its own licenses. These terms do not create ownership rights in AI-generated material where those rights do not otherwise exist.

AI-generated content and code may contain errors, security vulnerabilities, or material that infringes someone else’s rights. You are responsible for reviewing and testing what you publish. We do not routinely review all content before publication, and hosting content does not mean we have approved it.

Published content may be copied or indexed by others. Do not publish secrets or information you are not authorized to disclose. Deleting content from Webly does not remove copies held by third parties.

Webly and its licensors own the Service, including its software, API, MCP server, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. Using Webly does not give you ownership of these materials. If you share feedback, you allow us to use it to improve our products without compensation or an obligation to implement it.

4. Your websites and acceptable use

You are responsible for your websites, their content, and your dealings with visitors and customers.

If your site collects personal information, uses cookies or analytics, accepts payments, or offers goods or services, you must meet applicable legal requirements. These may include privacy notices, consent, data security, accessibility, and consumer protection requirements.

You are responsible for your products, transactions, customer support, refunds, and disputes. Unless separately agreed, Webly does not operate your business or act as the seller on your website. These obligations apply to functionality you include or connect and do not mean Webly provides that functionality.

You may not use Webly, or allow anyone acting on your behalf to use it, for:

  • Phishing, scams, deceptive impersonation, or collecting sensitive information under false pretenses.
  • Malware, malicious exploits, or unauthorized access to devices, networks, or data.
  • Child sexual abuse material or content that sexualizes minors.
  • Infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights.
  • Spam, including sites primarily intended to manipulate search rankings or support unsolicited messages.
  • Threats, unlawful harassment, incitement to violence, or other unlawful activity.
  • Bypassing security controls, evading limits or enforcement actions, or intentionally disrupting or overloading the Service.
  • General-purpose file hosting or proxying unrelated to a website or project.
  • Cryptocurrency mining.
  • Reselling the underlying Service as a standalone hosting or infrastructure product without our written permission.

You may build and manage websites for clients, subject to your plan’s limits and your authority to act for them.

5. Abuse and copyright

Report abuse at webly.ai/report, through the flag on a site’s badge where available, or at contact@webly.ai.

We may investigate violations, remove or disable content, restrict accounts or keys, or suspend or end access where reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect people or the Service, or comply with law. We may report unlawful activity and preserve or disclose information where legally required or permitted.

Where reasonable and legally permitted, we will explain the action and give you an opportunity to address it. We may act immediately where delay could cause harm or violate law. Contact us if you believe we made a mistake.

We respond to copyright notices under the DMCA and other applicable law and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. See our Copyright & DMCA Policy for notice and counter-notice procedures.

6. Plans, payment, and limits

Some features require a paid plan. Prices, billing intervals, and limits are shown when you subscribe.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the disclosed fees and applicable taxes.

You can cancel through the cancellation process provided with your subscription. Contact contact@webly.ai if you need help. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at purchase. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rights remain available.

We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before the renewal at which the change takes effect. You can cancel before that renewal.

If payment fails or a paid plan ends, we may restrict your workspace to the free plan’s limits. Some sites or domains may stop being served until you upgrade or bring usage within those limits.

We may enforce disclosed resource limits and temporarily throttle activity that threatens the Service’s security or stability. Additional usage charges require disclosure and your authorization.

7. Custom domains

When you connect a domain, you confirm that you control it or have permission to use it.

If you authorize Webly to configure DNS through your provider, we only change the records needed to connect and serve your site. You remain responsible for registering and renewing the domain and maintaining access to your registrar and DNS provider.

8. Availability and ending your use

We may add, change, or remove features. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you pay for, unless an urgent security issue or legal requirement prevents it.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Current status is available at status.webly.ai. Keep your own copies of important content. Unless separately agreed, Webly is not a backup or archival service, and we do not guarantee recovery of deleted content.

You can stop using Webly and delete your sites, workspaces, or account at any time. Cancel any paid subscription to stop future renewals.

We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if your use creates a security risk or material legal exposure for us or others. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the problem or retrieve Your Content.

When access ends, sites may stop being served and content may be deleted. Limited retained copies remain subject to Section 3.

Termination does not affect fees already owed or provisions that should reasonably continue, including ownership, limits on retained-content licenses, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, secure, or error-free, or that content published by users or their agents will be accurate, lawful, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Webly and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, special or incidental damages, or exemplary or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes lost revenue, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, and losses from business interruption.

You are responsible for the risks associated with your published content, including AI-generated errors or vulnerabilities, and actions taken by agents or integrations you authorize. We are not responsible for losses caused by those activities, your failure to protect access credentials, or disruptions to independent services outside our reasonable control, to the extent allowed by law.

These provisions do not excuse Webly from responsibility for its own conduct where the law imposes liability. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited remains unaffected.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Webly against third-party claims and resulting losses and reasonable legal costs arising from Your Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your material breach of these terms.

This applies only to the extent you are responsible for the claim and does not cover losses caused by Webly’s breach, negligence, or willful misconduct.

We will promptly notify you, provide reasonable cooperation at your expense, and let you control the defense with reasonably acceptable counsel. You may not settle a claim that admits fault or imposes obligations on Webly without our written consent, which we will not unreasonably withhold.

This section applies to consumers only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.

12. Governing law and general terms

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

Nothing here takes away mandatory consumer protections under the laws of the country where you live or any right to bring a claim in your local courts.

These terms and any additional terms you expressly accept for a feature or plan form our agreement concerning the Service. A separately signed agreement controls where it expressly overrides these terms.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent, except as permitted by law. We may transfer it as part of a merger, reorganization, or sale of the relevant business, provided doing so does not reduce your rights.

13. Updates and contact

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will give notice by email, in the dashboard, or through a prominent notice on the Service before they take effect. We will obtain additional consent where required by law.

Changes apply prospectively. Continuing to use Webly after they take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law. If you disagree, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
